All Sixty-eight (68) teams in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Tournament will be auctioned off. 10% of the TOTAL BID goes to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and 90% of the TOTAL BID goes into the "Pot".
1st wins 25% of the Pot; 2nd wins 12% of the Pot; 3rd & 4th split 19% of the Pot (9.5% each of the Pot); 5th - 8th split 14% of the Pot (3.5% each of the Pot); 9th - 16th split 16% of the Pot (2% each of the Pot); 17th - 32nd split 14% of the Pot (0.875% each of the Pot).

Payouts Over the Years |
1. All 68 Teams in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
2. Each TEAM will be drawn randomly.
3. 10% of the TOTAL BID will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 90% of the pot will be paid out to the participating bidders.
4. 30 second time-outs may be used by bidders as needed.
5. Persons may not bid or wager money on any elementary school or high school event.
6. The underlying event has more than two entrants.
7. One Spokeperson per Bid Number; Responsible for All Bids Won.
